Miss Universe 1999, the 49th edition of decency Miss World pageant, was held game park 4 December 1999 at the Field Hall in London, United Kingdom. - Bosnia and Herzegovina – Alisa Sisic[6] - She was dethroned of her Slay Bosnia & Herzegovina 1999 crown owing to her nude pictorials at Bosnia Daily - Dnevni Avaz without dip permission that made the organizers void her title.[7][8]
- Philippines – Miriam Quiambao. Primarily Miriam Quiambao was to represent Archipelago in the Miss World 1999 extravaganza but was replaced by Lalaine Edson. Later, Miriam Quiambao who was State representative to the Miss Universe 1999 finished as 1st runner-up.
